Hi Fishmaster, welcome to the Tank! Adding CO2 has almost immediate results, pearling (oxygen bubbles), greener plants, faster and thicker growth... need to watch those nutrients now!

When conditions are right, plants will respond immediately. While it may take 15 days for your tank to look totally different, you should start noting increased growth right away.

Dude, I got immediate results when injecting CO2. I run a 4X33 Watt fixture on a 20 gal long, with CO2 (The NutriGrow one by Hagen). The fixture I use is using old 33 watt bulbs from my reef tanks, but the seem to be okay. The only problem that I am running into besides my amano shrimp finally died, is that I am having to prune quite a bit, and what do yall mean by watch the nutrients? I am using the Two Kent products for Fresh Water plants (Pro Plant and I think Plant something)
