75-P/90-P ADA Tank

What are the best or recommend lightning for ADA 75-P and 90-P im planning to buy one of them, since my stand is for 29 gallon and 75-P has a lenght of 30" i think i will go with 75

i would go for the 150 w HQi so you can use an ADA 8k bulb and i use it on a 40gal breeder size tank
