Lighting a 40B Riparium

I'm in the process of setting up a 40 breeder riparium, and I need a little feedback on how to light it. I've had planted tanks in the past (when WPG was the guideline on tank lighting), but never a setup like this.

I've read some threads on lighting, and now I have a few questions. Actually, I'm kinda lost! :P

What I do know is that I want to go with LED lighting, 6500K is full spectrum lighting, adding red to the arrangement of LEDs will bring out killer red in plants, the light will need to be hung, and there is nothing more awesomely rewarding than a tank full of healthy plants and shrimp. Oh, and there is PAR that I am just starting to understand.

I have been looking at lighting on and have been playing around with the LED arrangement tool on their site.

This is the first arrangement I came up with. I'm thinking this may be too much red light by looking at the spectrum charts. The idea of this arrangement is to take advantage of red, 6500K, and 5700K light spectrums.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
