Sunset hygro has red veins and sometimes gets red on the tips with enough light when emersed.

One of the red plants in my emersed tanks is some species of Rotala. It's either R. singapore or R. "Gia Lai". It's a very nice shade of pink and red. However, Rotalas, are rather difficult to get to convert to emersed growth. They need a high humidity. From the looks of it your tank should be okay in that regard.
