Par meter?

I am putting together a led setup for my 125 with gu10 9w bulbs and I wanted to see what kind of par ratings I am getting from this setup. It gets here today and I should have it rigged up by tonight I think. I remember seeing conversation in this part o the forum about someone who had a par meter and rented/lended/tested for you. I got some par readings from some of the reef forums, but they were using primarily 3w versions. Any help here would be fantastic!
