Water info for Leesburg area?

Anybody in the Leesburg area that can give me some info on the well water (or city water) in the area?

Ph, gh/kh, hardness, etc?

Thanks!

Check your city's web site or call the water company and ask. They should publish reports annually.

All I found was this: http://www.lee.ga.us/government/boar...CCR%202011.pdf

Which doesn't give me the info I want/need for deciding what kind of shrimp I can keep successfully out there...

Maybe I'm just inept at google searching.

Just take a tap water sample to the LFS and have them test it for you IMO.

I have my own test kit that I test water with. However, I live across the country right now so I can't really test the water out there in Georgia, lol. Just figured maybe someone out there would know so I could think up some livestock ideas for the aquarium that will be started up out there in the future.

I've always had a bad habit of planning ahead and I guess this is one of those times that just isn't going to work out!

You might get some info here:

LEE COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY
111 MAIN ST.
LEESBURG, GEORGIA
31763

229-759-6056

I see they have water softener companies there, so it isn't really soft, I'd guess.

Go RO/DI and just remineralize to what you want. It could save a bunch of headaches later anyways.
