1,000W, wow those are usually 100,000+ lumens. I would say your plants would be scorched in minutes. 18wpg!?!
Sure there is UV, if it happens to be an HQI with the glass shield removed. But HQI's are pretty rare in that size. With a 55 I'd suggest you stay with 2x70W unless you really know what you are getting into lol.
