Lighting for 75 gallon planted paludarium

I have a 75 gallon, 18" high that I will be putting together in the next couple weeks. I have a firebellied toad and newt that are 13 years old that I will be amalgamating with my current 14 gallon planted. I will have 4 T8 bulbs, rated at 32-40W...depending on the bulb. I will have 2 x 18000K powerglos, and 2 x 6700K GE bulbs. They will be in a wooden canopy about 12 inches from the water surface. I plan on having aquatic and terrestrial plants. The water will be about 10 inches deep. What kind of light would I have with this? The water volume will be about 25 - 30 gallons, with maybe a sump to increase volume. Thanks for your input.
