Leaking Co2?

I have a asa on/off connector connected to a Swagelok B-ORM2 valve and when I connect the Asa connector to the paintball tank with the knob on the top that pushes the pin down, Co2 comes out from every hole possible is this because the valve is not right?

That particular valve can only handle 390 PSI of pressure. You are trying to subject it to 800+ PSI, which will most likely damage the valve.

You will need to have a regulator to reduce the pressure to a usable range.
