What type of fluorescent lighting are you using? I read that you had 3wpg but how did you get there?

Actually am using 6x 21 watt daylight (6500k) T5 fluorescent tubes,
Which make 3.5 wpg

Wpg only applies to T8 and T12 bulbs.

Ahh.. T5.. Last question. Maybe )

Are they normal output or high output T5s?

I have the same tank. I have been playing with the lighting for a few weeks. Your tank looks good.

Normal Output, unfortunately in the country where i currently live they dont sell anything related to planted tanks(light,co2,ferts,test kits), so i had to work with whatever available to grow the plants.


And btw u can ask as much as u want i will be glad to answer

I love how green and thriving everything looks.

Have you considered a moss wall? I think a dark moss would really offset all your brighter green plants. Then again, I am in love with the concept of moss walls so it could just be me....

As a side-note: Pretty Music :3

Glad u like it Mao,

I moved the christmas moss to my rcs tank as my SAE love to eat it and it was about to vanish in no time, am just keeping some moss on the rocks now.
