Brooklyn aquarium stand- rust resistant?

I've ordered a steel petco brand Brooklyn aquarium stand for my 29 gallon aquarium.

Would it be a good idea to paint this with some Rustoleum before using?

I don't know how resistant this finish is.

I have one for a 29g myself, and honestly i think you'll be fine unless the finish gets scratched up, and the scratched areas become wet over a long period of time since it's steel. It has a pretty good finish on it, no problems so far. I have a 15g on the bottom shelf too.
I'm not into the image, but into the hobby...

I have the same exact stand also and am not worried at all about what you mention. It is a fantastic stand you will love it.
