Endlers - home needed

Okay, I'd "love" to make something on these ...

I have like 15 endlers juvies and 3 full grown females (if I can catch them)

It all started with just 4

I really don't have anywhere for these guys as they grow up.

I am pretty sure they are really a mix (at least one female is) and the coloring on the males is pretty cool (I can post photos if you want)

One of the females is REALLY FREAKY SMART, she is with the males now and not only does she know I want her away from those males she's figured out where to hide in my planted tank so I can't get her. My daughter tried to net her yesterday so now she is 'wary' of her. If she so much as sees the net she hides. When I don't have the net she stares me down. She is yours if I can catch her (I am determined not to be outsmarted by a fish!)

The adult female LOVE having babies, so if you want a BUNCH of fish these are your girls!

I am in the Chester NJ area and don't really want to ship these guys.

Let me know if you want them.

(oh, and the juvies are ALWAYS hungry!)

the babies are dumb so they are easy to catch... except that one female... i even tried the food in the bottle thing... she was like... "Do I look stupid?"

The tank has a rock wall in the back and she wedges herself in the wall so I can't get her... I may just move the boys out.. once the babies are out of my other tank!

I've been outwitted by a fish!

if you really want her out, set your alarm to 4am. then with a flashlight net her while she is asleep. thats the only way i can catch a fullgrown SAE.

im not coming through. the tank i had in mind just measured 1ppm of NH3/NH4+.
while endlers could probably survive a cycle, i dont seen any reason for them to have to.

it's up to you, if you want to 'donate' to my daughter's college fish tank fund that's fine if not that's okay too...

let me know when/where!

I will try the 4 am catching her thing.

A good trick that I usually use for most of my fish in order to net them is simple;

Put the net in the tank for the day, and put plants in it to make it seem like a hiding spot. When I come around to scare them off a little, they usually head for the net, and BAM!
