In general about all the plants, like should i be avoiding any of those plants for some reason? Do i have enough lighting for each of those plants to live and grow (its ok if they grow slow)? And i have flourite to stick them in but do i need any other nutrients or chemicals to dose with? if so what

Red Ludwigia won't stay red in low light but might still grow just depends. Hornwort tends to be a weed even in a low light low tech setup. Anacharis likes cooler water and is also a weed mine will touch the top of the tank in less then a week. Bocapa monnieri looses its lower leaves in low light(atleast it did in my tank). Cabomba caroliniana likes med llight or it will sometimes drop it's lower leaves too and they are a pain to clean up. They tend to get stuck in filter intakes. Vals tend to outgrow everything else and will take over a tank sometimes. I would get some root tabs for you crypts atleast you can get Flourish root tabs for pretty cheap. I also dose Flourish once a week when i do my water changes for all my low light tanks.
