Help With Daphnia Culture

I recently got a culture of daphnia a few days ago and although they are still alive i wondered if anyone had any tips foe keeping them thriving ?
They are in a 1 gallo juice bottle with an airstone close to the surface and fed them 5ml of soy flour & yeast mixed with aged water.
Does anyone have pictures of their setups ?

I'd get rid of the air stone.
if the air bubbles are too fine they'll get caught in it and die.
I use a cheap on off air valve from lee's.

I feed them until the water is just barely cloudy. If the water is clear the next day I know I fed the right amount, if it is still cloudy you overfed. Underfeeding is much safer. Ditch the airstone and just let large bubbles agitate the surface. It's best to create two separate colonies in case one crashes, which it will eventually.
