How would you hide a 5lb CO2 tank for a 20 gallon high aquarium?

Yes, it's aluminum so it isn't as ugly as steel. But it's still a big metal can out in the family room, plus it'll have some deep sea diver regulator stuff coming off it soon so that won't help.

How do you guys hide the tank, or make it look nicer for the room?

Ideally I'd get a cabinet. Anyone know of a cabinet i can order online that would fit such a tank in the cabinet, and be the right size for a 20H aquarium? I looked online and couldn't find any that would let you stash one inside or would be big enough inside for a tank+regulator. Don't care if it has holes in the back for tubes and cables, I can drill those out.

This is the closest one I think would fit my Aqueon 20H - either the 26 Bowfront or the 20L upright. They don't have a 24" wide one for 20H tanks.

Another idea is just to leave the aquarium on the table it's on now - sturdy, looks nice, solid wood not particleboard, already water damaged so who cares, has that Eames mod look - but hide the tank nearby (i think with the regulator it's too tall to stash under the table, plus, it'll still be exposed). I was thinking of "hiding in plain sight" by using a decorative vase or umbrella stand or planter or something, plus maybe some ballast in there to keep the tank upright when it gets emptied and gets top heavy.

Does it fit under you tank like this?

If so, you could just wrap some fabric or something around the whole thing. I dunno... I kinda like the raw look of all the stuff.

Is that a 5 gallon to the right? That may fit under the table hmm. Oh, I could just prop my work bag against the tank to hide it from the front. I like the look too, but the family feeling isn't unanimous haha.

No that's a 2.5lb on the right.

And a 5lb cylinder under my 20g tank.

I have a fish themed towel that I cover the front of the tank with.

oh my. red matches your stand, but in our room it would be like having a fire extinguisher out in the open - not a blend with decor kinda thing for our place, haha.
