Those rocks you pictured look fine, I wouldn't think twice about just up and putting them in the tank (maybe a rinse to knock off any dust/detritus).

Even the ones that are reported to change pH, about all I can think of is being mined from an area that developed a carbonate horizon. Giving it a soak in vinegar (or dilute muriatic) may be able to remove whatever carbonate traces are present.

-Granted, this is just speculation on my part, I haven't encountered lava rock that leaches anything, let alone try to 'fix' it.
