First Planted Tank 30g

Hello everyone.

This is my first planted tank before this I had a 75g reef tank.

Some info about tank & equipment:

Fluval 105 filter
Eheim jager 100 watt heater
Geisemann t5 2x24 watt lighting (aquaflora-midday) (DIY)
DIY CO2

JBL aquabasis + JBL manado sand

Its now 15 days old and I've added some plants yesterday.
If you identify the plants for me it would be appreciated.
I bought them from LFS and not sure about the exact names of all species.

Java moss and hemianthus cuba ara ok and maybe hemianthus micra and 2 types of rotala and a Ludwigia repens.

Any comment would be appreciated. Thank you.

15. day

Don't worry it's a good start and you have a great space to work with in tht tank, nice and deep front to back. Can't really identify any of your plants tho. Sorry. Are you thinking of fish to put in yet?

Thank you. I'm gooing to put 3 or 5 Otocinclus for the start but I could not find any in LFS. After the otos maybe some tiger shrimp and pristella maxillaris will be good.

The reddish plant is Ludwigia Repens. It looks like the shorter green ones in your 7th pic could be Bacopa Caroliniana. The small bushy one in your 4th pic looks like a Pogostemon not 100% on that though. The other stem look sorta like either narrow leaf ludwigia or some sort of Rotala. If you could get some better pics everybody could tell more from them. Good luck with your tank.

Perhaps Pogostemon erectus. Perhaps the low plant is Hemianthus micranthemoides

Thats correct. I'm not sure about any of the others though.

I am certain you are correct about all but the HC and HM. Those I can't be certain of until they grow out some more. The plants look like they are struggling. Have you checked your nitrate levels?

I didn't check yet. Some of them doing well but some HM and HC have alg on them. I'm going to add 3 or 5 otocinclus as soon as find in a LFS.

Also I've changed scape a little. I ll add new photos today.
