Filter suggestion for a 37 column tank

I've been out of the hobby for a good while and I'm slowly getting back in!

I've got a 37 gal that I plan on putting Cardinal Shrimp in, not sure what else yet. So what would you all suggest is a good filter for the money nowadays?? I want a minimum of a 5x turnover rate so about a 200+ gph.

Canister filter btw or a cheap sump setup, NO HOBs!!! lol

looking for one thats designed toward easy cleaning since this tank is in my living(with carpet) so I don't want to be making a mess all the time.
