Algae on rocks. Question

Hi guys, I have a 1.5 month old tank and there seems to be Green spot algae on my rocks. I think.

Here's a pic.

So I want to know, is it bad? or a food source for my otos and shrimps.

They are only on the rocks, not anywhere else. Sometimes I get some on the glass but I scrap them off.

I think it's a personal choice. I kinda like the way it looks and it will provide a good source of extra food for you shrimp and otos.
