For everybody who gets Lake Michigan water...

So, we heard that our tap water will be treated with extra chlorine for a while due to sewage getting swept into Lake Michigan this week. Will the usual dosages of Prime continue to work for the aquariums (according to the directions), or does it need to be increased? Anything else that should be done?

I've read that too. I usually age my water a day or two before a wc, that helps most of the Chlorine evaporate. Then use Prime at the reccomended doses to remove the Chloromine. It does not hurt to use a couple more ml.

+1 to what devilduck said, a little extra never hurts, and it may not even be needed.
