Archea LED for 12" ADA cube?


Substrate will be 3" thick. Light I am guessing is 12" from substrate. Growing dwarf baby tears. Will this light be sufficient?

From what I understand they both work. My school has some LED lamps that appear to be CREE, and they look exactly like the first lamp, you could look around. Pics sometime.

I didnt no the 7w fixture used crees - thought the wattage would be higher then, I am skeptical it will grow dwarf baby tears at 12". Anyone actually grow dwarf baby tears with this light before?
