Not to harp on their success of long lived fish, but man they look...cruddy? Very stunted, frail looking...yes, theyre old but, they are tiny and skinny.

they are just your average feeder fish at a fair. The longest ive seen a goldfish was 9yrs old but it looked really nice with a beautiful tail and fins

The article does say that they lived in a bowl for 20+ years.
