Tank stands with bookshelf above?

I am about to move into a bigger place and need to come up with a good looking way to display my tanks. I currently have a 20L, a deconstructed 5g fluval chi, and a 3g picotype. I am looking for something that can hold the 20g with a cabinet under it for the plumbing and then have a "bookshelf" above it for the other 2 tanks. Does that make any sense? Anyway, any ideas our suggestions would be appreciated. I have a decent budget for this, but economical ideas are preferred.

Would the bookshelf be hung on the wall, or have long legs that go above/around the other tank and stand?

I am thinking this is probably something you would have to build yourself. I was actually thinking about something like this if/when I get my 40b,but a shelf for plants rather than other tanks.

Ideally the bookshelf would be part of the stand. I am playing with the idea of building it myself, but right now my free time is limited. If I end up building it, I'll probably go with an industrial look, using wood with exposed galvanized brackets.

Yeah, I think building it would be your best bet. You can make it how you want, and make sure it's structurally sound as well. Cool idea, though! Would love to see pics whenever you get around to it.
