Good foreground plants?

I have a 9.5G tank (40x30x30cm) and I'm looking for a good foreground plant to use. My attempt at an Anubias Nana foreground is quickly getting out of control!

The catch is that my tank has a 12W LED light that gives me about 45-55 PAR at the substrate. This seems to put me on the lower end of medium light. However, this is a high tech tank... there is plenty of CO2 and ferts added. Substrate is Eco-complete.

Anyone have any good choices for foreground plants that would grow well under these conditions? Bonus points if anyone can suggest a place I can order the plants from (I'm in Canada).

Thanks, but would plants like HC or HM stay low to the substrate with the amount of light I have?

If you have ~50 PAR at substrate they'd better. In any case, plants mostly grow towards the light - you will have to trim the stem plants sooner or later.
