Scared me silly

Rescaped a little yesterday. One of my Amanos decided my arm was tasty. Scared the dickens out of me. I'm thinking it just pulled one of my arm hairs or something, but I sure got a good laugh out of it afterwards!

Oh amano shrimp.....

The old lady was doing a filter cleaning during a water change. I heard a yell and she told me there were like crickets in the filter! I pulled it up and there was a few amanos that had made it into the filter. LOL

We had one escape from a tank only to discover it in our cats mouth. She's doing just fine a month later after placing her in with gudgeon fry.

I breed angels, and it seems these buggers think the hairs on my arms bear a close resemblance to Blackworms. Try scraping the tank walls with 20 or so of the little buggers hovering around your arm waiting for just that right window of opportunity to grab a nice long curly hair. Wanna hear some cussin'? When the big guys do it, the cussin' gets REALLY intense.

Note to self, shave arms before sticking arm into a tank of Amano shrimp.
