Endler's gender question

I have a colony of Endler's going and I've gotten a few fry so far. I'm getting about 3 fry every few days. I am letting them grow out and its looking like I am not getting any males. Are the genders temperature specific with Endler's? I have three males and around 10 females at the time.

it can some times take a couple months for them to start showing color. anal fins start to change around 3 weeks so that might be best bet to sex them early

With my tiger endlers easily seen sexual dimorphism shows up pretty late (not sure on the exact time frame). I find that in the summer when my tank is in the low 80s I get a lot of females and few males.

i thought i had 3 females until one of them showed a hint of reflective green and the anal fin changed.
i've got another 15 fry since then and cant wait to see what flavour they turn out.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
