LED for moss or fissidens only

Hi, I have a large marineland breeder box hanging on a 40B tank. My light fixture sits on top of my tank, so the breeder box will not get the light. I am looking for a cheap clip on led, so I can grow only moss. There are alot on evil bay but not sure which one is good. Looking to spend < $20. Thanks.

Just about anything in the $15 range will work well. Since you won't need a ton of PAR, you likely can't go wrong.

Somewhatshocked I was looking at the same ebay clip on light as you how is it working for you? I think that would be a great option for ryu1.

Oh yeah, that black clip on led on your 45F. How much is that, I can't see to find it. Would you mind posting the item# or pm me? Thanks.

I don't have the item number or access to my eBay account (It's all on a backup drive awaiting the return of my MacBook) but change up the keywords you're using. Shouldn't be tough to locate at all.

Though, the fixtures are quite a bit longer than the large Marina breeder box, so you're going to have a ton of light spillage. They're also not so flexible.

A better option would be to pick up one of the $15 clip lights with 25-50 LEDs. There are a ton of them. My favorite is one that's just over $15 shipped from the US (also available for cheaper from Hong Kong).

The item number for the fixtures I'm using o the 45-F: 110976429700

This is the other $15 option I mentioned that would work well: 190731474072

Just found them both with quick searches.

Has anyone bought these? How have you managed the 'touch button' on/off switch with a timer? The light doesn't come on in the morning!!!
