That is so cool. My bigger clutch of eggs looks like yours. The other ones are clear and look to be a little bit smaller I am wondering if the other eggs belongs to something else in my tank, but the only other fish that I have that would lay eggs in the cave are my blue rams. Could the other group of eggs be from them. Although they are not staying close to the cave. We will have to wait and see what hatches.

One more thing, if you move the new babies to new tank .. DO NOT need to have any cycled .. just fill the water from your old tank to that new tank and then put babies in there it's ok .. as long as get filter and bubbles.

Just a quick up date. Eggs are looking fine. I do have one question though, today the male pleco keeps leaving the cave for short periods of time. Is this something to worry about.

Default Pleco Eggs

Nope maybe tomorrow. This box is inside the main tank where they are at now and they will be placed into it after they hatch.

Then when they get bigger I have a ten gallon already for them, it used to have my shrimp in it.

Well it does not look like I will be getting any babies. Most of the eggs have turned clear, they almost look like they hatched but I do not see any babies. Maybe next time they are still young.

Just a pic of what the eggs look like now, I am still hoping to get at least a couple out of the bunch. I removed them from the cave and have them over an air stone so they are gently circulated. The clear ones don't look like they have a fungus or anything.

Default I have a wiggler

Out of the five eggs that I thought were fertile I have two remaining and so far I have one wiggler, the other one is in a tumbler. Now my question is do I leave the wiggler on the bottom of the box, will he be ok there or should I place him in the tumbler with the other un-hatched egg.

Default Pics of wigglers

Just a quick update with a picture of one of the babies I ended up with, could not get the other picture to upload for some reason. I think all the other eggs hatched but became snacks for my other fish. Next time I will remove the eggs when I find them.
