looking for a silent reliable and small power head to just move water in a 4g cube

Hagen Elite or Tetra has those small air pump driven filters.

Hagen Mini Elite is awesome ... and it is NOT air-driven, though it has an air tube that supposedly will help oxygenate without surface movement. It's technically a filter, but works as a powerhead since it's an internal filter. And it's adjustable and completely silent, and less than $10.
