What is the difference in these bulbs?

I got All-Glass 8000K Full Spectrum Fluorescent Light and was wondering what the difference is between all these bulbs. I see a color chart, but not quite sure how to read it. I'm guessing the higher peaks to the right side are larger waves and the peaks to the right are shorter waves that should reach deeper waters?

Actually no.
The graph shows how the lamp emits the energy it uses.
So, most of the energy is emitted as light that has a 400nm and 600nm wavelength.
