I like the way you think. Too bad I'm short on space living in a condo.

Great sale, how I ended up with my 40b. Even better when the wife saw how much originally it is and the same price

They're sucky because of the dimension. Also because of the silicon, ugly rim, poor quality glass that make them sucky. At least with 2.5 or 5g I can de-rim it and make it looks better. 20L is awesome for it dimension or 15L if I can ever find one. The rest of the tanks sold in regular pet store has normal dimension that look just plain boring to me.

The black trim actually looks decent. If you think that's ugly, you've haven't seen ugly lol. Glass quality and silicone isn't all that, but well worth the money being $1/gal. The 40B has some very nice dimensions. De-rimming any of the tanks just look tacky imo. Most of them have uneven glass or messy silicone jobs which are hidden by those plastic trims. I'd rather go out and buy my own glass and silicone it together. That way it looks nice.

If I had more space in my tiny apartment I'd have purchased a 55 during this sale.

That and I plan on moving in a year so theres no point in setting up a huge tank just to take it down again...
