Domo Journal- Fluval Edge 6 Gallon Planted Nano Tank


Just started a new 6 gallon Fluval Edge tank I'm planning on raising CRS in. Here are some pictures! =) I'm very new still to all this, I have only raised cherries before. I feel like I've read at least a hundred threads on this forum already, hopefully I'll get it right and not kill any more shrimp this time!

Any questions, suggestions, comments welcome please criticize so I can properly learn~

I'm really diggin' your aquascape, there is no way that's the work of a noob haha. I just picked up my Fluval Edge yesterday and you just gave me some much needed inspiration, thanks!

It did take me quite a while after a LOT of tweaking. I also have a folder of like a hundred photos of different designs I've liked online haha. But thanks! I hope it lasts and is good enough for things to survive in there.

1.5 monthish update! I took out a few of the plants, they were starting to rot/die for some reason... And I swapped out the mat of hairgrass/fissidens that I had and planted baby tears all over which are doing AMAZING! The entire floor is almost covered now.

It's gone through some cycling with a few guppies/danios in there that I've taken out now. There's just some ghost shrimp, a panda cory catfish and a tiny flounder~
