SS mesh for moss

I have a few questions regarding this stuff.

1. What size is recommended for tying moss to, for carpet or for wall.
2. What do I need to use to cut it.
3. Where should I buy. www.twpinc.com? Is it available locally at stores like Home Depot?
4. Any alternatives?

Thanks

316 stainless steel tends to be the norm. I Just use plastic quilting mesh personally.
For moss i would think .009" Wire Diameter would be enough, but i tend to see larger diameters on this forum in the sell section.

I havnt seen it at home depot, or lowes or ace hardware, but i think others said grainger stores have it.

I found some on Amazon, but not cut.
Does the plastic work as well?

Thanks

^^She made me my first one using plastic, and added a suction cup to the middle, and works good, and correct about what sinks and what doesn't.

I seem to be able to find this stuff anywhere. It isn't always the easiest thing to find as it can have many uses. I just walk around aimlessly until I find some.

The tool I use to cut it is garden shears. That is not the right tool to use but it works for me. Tin/sheetmetal snips are the tool I would guess is proper but are much more costly. Garden shears do the job find, can be had cheap (especially right now on sale), and are much easier to find.
