Replacement lighting for JBJ pico- 3 gallon

My lighting is currently too powerful for my liking on my pico (13w led!) and I am looking to downsize.

I want to have medium to medium-high lighting in the tank and was looking at getting a finnex light. I really liked the FugeRAY-R: Ultra Slim LED Cliplight +RED Boost, would this fit the bill? Im not really versed on par and what not so though i would ask here! What do you all recommend?

The clip on or the regular mount Fugeray would both be good choices
