Doesn't look to be aquatic, and even if it were that looks to be emergent growth

I am not positive on this one, but it looks a little like emmersed grown ludwigia sp.

It's a type of Alternanthera. Not sure which one though. Grow it out to get some submerged growth and maybe you can get an exact ID.

I grow this species emergent, ill see if I can find the tag. It was called gold or golden something or other. Very common in nurseries.
