Will pygmy corys eat normal sized cory eggs/newborns?

Just curious, because I have a ten gallon tank overgrown with crypts and cherry shrimp, and that has a couple pygmy corys and couple tiny chili rasboras (both species left over from larger groups I haven't restocked, and I'm not sure I'm going to) and I was hoping I could us the tank without moving anything out of it for breeding my other (bronze) corys. I have heard cherry shrimp are good in in breeding tanks because they keep the eggs clean, what about the other fishies? Would that work? I don't really want to set up a new tank...

Yeah, but they'll probably outgrow what they can eat quicker.

I only use cherry shrimp. Newly hatched fry are small so any fish really would be hard pressed to resist the urge to eat the little wigglers. I use a 5 gallon tank as my Cory nursery tank. Just wads of java moss and subwassertang. I currently have about 25 or do in there. Once they reach over 1 inch they go into the main Cory tank. Seems to work for me.
