60p stocking..

I have a heavily planted 60p. 2x2215s with 2217 impellers and full of substrat pro for filtration.

Is the following stocking list too much or can I add more?
2x Irian Jaya Neon Red Rainbows
3x Oto Cats
2x SAEs
6x Galaxy Rasboras
8x Cardinal Tetras

You be able to do double that. SAEs get a little too big for that tank though.

I was gonna trade in the SAEs when they hit 2-2.5inches for smaller ones. Their diet and aggression changes as they get larger too, but I like their usefulness when small.

Well.. I had 4.. 2 jumped.. I think there was a territorial dispute during feeding... because they jumped within 2 days of each other and both approximately 1hour after I dropped food in the tank. They hang out near the top of the tank most of the time near the outflows which is about right considering they're from fast moving streams. I have all the fish in that list lol, was just making sure I wasn't doing something incredibly wrong.
