question about finnex 360 filter

i been searching online and i couldnt findout what is the lowest i can have the filter with out losing performance.

The base of the filter is not supposed to be more than two feet below the top of the tank..I have played around with it though and it seems like you can go slightly lower before noticing much of a difference, especially if your hoses are shortened.

i might have to change canister filter because the shelf of my stand is around 4 feet from top of tank

Hi Sepulvd, Mantis is correct. There is a max of a 2' lift.
