Default New tank:Plants, moss, nana, and nana petite

Ok, Im getting to the stage where I can start thinking about adding plants to my new tank. Ive seen many suggest using fast growing stem plants for the initial load. Is there a list of which plants somewhere ( I dont expect anyone to actually type a list) so I know what to work with? Ive tried using the "search feature, but didnt get much other than a few here and there.
Also, would moss work as well? Im going to be doing a moss wall to cover some of my in/outputs.
One more. Is there a diffrence in Nana and Nana petite, and can they be added in the begining as well. Im not trying to rush things, but I have specific purposes in both the Nana and moss and though it would be nice to give it a head start. Thanks in advance.
