Default 150g EI dosing help

I have a 150 gallon high light tank running co2 with four 36" Fluval plant LED's and two 72" VHO's. Ive been dosing 2 3/4 tsp of kno3 and 3/4 tsp kh3po4 on macro days and 3/4 tsp plantes on micro days. I was recommended to use these amounts and do a 80 gallon water change once a week. I only use RODI water that i buffer up to a PH of 6.8 and add 3 tsp of seachem equilibrium for all 80 gallons. My tank looks like pea soup right now. Is this too much ferts for this size tank? I also started dosing seachem excel to try and help with the algae. All my plants are doing very well its just the green water is killing me. Im also running an 18 watt UV which i thought would help with the water clearity. Any thoughts?
