Dwarf Pennywort question

So I picked up a pot of this at the last swap I was at and am really liking it, but my question is how long will it take to create a carpet? I've had die off of the emersed growth and am starting to see new submersed growth. It is currently in a 15G low-tech tank. I'm not expecting to see it carpet overnight, but am curious as to how long it might take.

Thanks!

Might take a while. Although hydrocotyle sp. japan grows fast in my low light, diy co2 and sand with laterite. It carpeted in just 1 month.
