IF! you have cleaned the canister with tap water, all the bacteria cycle may have died down. It will take quite some time to develop again.

IF! you have dosed any ferts inbetween, it may have created algae bloom.

IF! you do a massive water change, the problem may still persist. So I suggest you do 50% water change daily and first let the bacterial cycle develop into you canister & tank surface.

Next suggestion is for a few days do not turnoff the co2 and let the lights remain off.

This should bring down the problem to 60% atleast within a week.

Default looks to me a green water

UV sterilizer can be another solution 'green killing machine' to save your labor and stress.

1) Reduce light period
2) Reduce oxygen(airstone) during the day
3) Keep up with water changes
