mixing rams and full sized adult angels?

I Have a trio currently in a 25g cube waiting for the huge cube to be cycled, they're mature sized, one male has a fully developed hump, so you can have an idea of size. I want to add some smaller life and to keep my tank central/south american based I want to add some bollivian rams. can this work out? or will I see alot of nipping? other idea was to dump the region only fish and go with chocolate gouramis or drop the angels for the gouramis and another school of tetras or rasboras
Let me know what you think.

The rams will be ok with angles, they keep to themself and won't bother other fish for the most part, but are aggressive enough to hold their own. I have two bolivian rams with three angles and a lepoard gourami and the tank is peaceful. The bolivians found a spot in the tank they like and stay in that area most of the time.

I have seen bolivians spawn and rip apart Angel's when there are eggs involved. I would question putting them in a 29 gallon, just because two fish that get big... might get cramped.

GBR's are great, but they will be forced toward the bottom by the angels, they get along well.. And I have 2 angels with about 6 rams.. rams chase angels, angels chase rams, angels chase angels, rams chases ram... circle of life.. haha

If either species spawns, the other part will be living in hell. BUT, it's very doable. I'd do bolivians as they are less likely to spawn than GBR, and they're a little more durable.
