Newbie nano help!!
Hey guy I'm new to this forum and to planted tanks!! So I need all the advise I can get!!
So I have a free 2.5 gallon tank And the light I have is a spiral bulb thingy 7W 120V 60HZ 100mA 3000k And HG in a circle I'm planning to dirt the tank and make a DIY co2 so I just need to know everything I need to know about planted and some plants and livestock i can keep thanks in advance!! |

Get a better light. 3000k ain't gonna grow much. Do a little research on substrates, like FloraMax, ADA aquasoil, etc.
*What's "HG"?

This forum is a great tool for research anything. I would browse through the nano tank section and find tanks like yours and see what they have used and see if it works or not.
