Update on 46 Gallon

So just a quick update on how the tank looks now. The rocks in the tank are a mixture of Zebra rock that I got for free at a local stone place and Seiryu stones which were won on a ROAK contest from a member. If you want to see what it started out as, check out my post Total rescape of 46 after complete loss of fish dated 8/13/2012. Also some pics of my Blue Rams I got last night at a lfs for 5.00 each.

I like the variety! Especially the moss on the wood. Is that tank on a counter or the floor? Looks like it could be either. I assume those Ram's are not community fish?

I would stick a taller background plant in the right corner at minimum

Thank You that is a piece that I purchased from a member here, I super glued Fissidens fontanus
on it. The tank is on a DIY stand that my stepfather and I made, it is on wheels so I can move it when I need to. I am waiting on some more stem plants to arrive in the mail. The rams do not seem to bother any of the other fish or the shrimp.

AWESOME TANK!

i have a question about your blue rams, im about to pick a couple up tomorrow, i was wondering what your tank parameters are? PH, Nitrate, kh/gh i tend to stress out about tank parameters pretty bad, so i was wondering if my water is similar to yours.

I would have to do some testing on it. I have not tested in some time. I tend not to test as often as people say I need to.

Just a quick update. I had to catch some bleeding heart tetras as one of them ate one of my neon's so it was goodbye, and I ended up tearing the whole tank down just to catch them boy are they good hiders.
