It's funny but the best plant growth I've ever had was with the GE 9325k bulbs.

Isn't it better to have a bulb with higher Kelvin rating?

Kelvin rating only affects the visual colour of the light, and doesnt have a real impact on the Photosynthetic usable radiation (thats a mouthful!). The actual spectral output of the bulb is for more important then what colour the visual light is.

Long story short... Kelvin only changes how the light "looks" it has very little to do with the kind of light that plants can use.

Sounds like AGA is spouting the GE marketing- the F&SW billing sounds like a jack-of-all-trades that is not the best for either. We've found out better, though!
