Hey thanks. I'll try going up on the hours of light. Tonight I took out all the plants and replanted them did a good W/C too. I'll get pics when the water clears up.

Needs a piece of driftwood or a few large rocks. Something to create texture and a focal point. Plants are very random.

Your tank only needs a focal point to look good. That is what's missing from the picture that you can't seem to figure out.

you need some rocks, or some driftwood. a few twigs isnt much of a focal point.
just look around this section of the forum and get ideas from others that post pics around here. |

Didn't like it so I pulled out the twig. I have a big piece of driftwood but it don't sink. It's floating in the tank right now.

I agree, needs a focal point. That looks like a nice piece of DW. Soak it for a week or so till it sinks and maybe stick in the gravel at an angle, put your taller plant behind it and slightly off center. It is all a matter of taste.
