That was an awesome chronology! I really enjoyed seeing how you overcame that lot of trials. Really nice.

Another small update, mostly photos. These are about two weeks old; I had meant to post them last week but life had other plans for me.

Most of these are from March 9th. I'll take updated photos a bit later this month.

Here's a big shot of the 54 corner, with my normal camera.

One of my bettas, Karashi, he lives in the 8 gallon tank I posted before.

He's quite a character. I often catch him looking around, and then checking back on me, to make sure I'm not putting any more food in the tank!

Couple of tiger shrimp shots from the 12 gallon nanocube:

Wow, you have mad skills - in story telling and aquascaping. Thanks for sharing.

p.s. - that really looks like 30 billion Micrso Sword plants!

Thank you! It probably is closer to 28 billion micro swords, but your estimate was pretty close.

I need to do a photo update soon! I hacked the moss down because it was getting out of control, and took most of the crypts out (hated to do it but they looked weird). I'm currently experiencing a problem where my shrimps are showing neurological distress and then dying. It's rather heartbreaking because I had bred the sakura grade shrimps in this tank to be mostly red fires. Super bummed and I don't know what's doing it as my water parameters are really steady. The fish are doing okay. I'm going to do a water change today just in case some sort of toxin got in the water somehow.

I loved following the progression of your tank, it's very beautiful! You take fantastic pics, too.
