Anyone has any leads/placed for me to look at a centerpiece driftwood/manzanita for a tall 10 gallon tank?

Have you tried the "For Sale" subsection of these forums? Users often have things for sale.

Alternatively, you could post an advertisement in the "Wanting to Buy" subsection.
