What is a good lighting mix to bring out reds in plants?

I have a 55 Gallon (open top) with 2 triton bulbs and 2 nutrigrow bulbs. The bulbs are 40 watts apiece. I inject CO2, as well.

Is this an optimal mix to bring out the reds in my red plants? If not, what do you recommend?
